Monthly Self-Care Review Hamper Giveaway

Prize
Each month, Stray Willow will award one (1) winner a Self-Care Review Hamper valued at over AUD $200.

How to Enter
To enter, customers must leave a product review on the Stray Willow website during the relevant calendar month.

Customers will receive one (1) entry for every eligible product review submitted.
Customers will receive one (1) additional entry for each review that includes a customer photo.
There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may receive. Each qualifying review and photo submission earns a separate entry.

Entry Tracking
Entries will be recorded in a monthly entry list maintained by Stray Willow. Each qualifying review and bonus photo entry will be added as a separate entry. The winner will be selected using a random name selection tool from all eligible entries received during that month.

Promotion Period
The giveaway runs on a monthly basis. Entries reset at the end of each calendar month and do not carry over into subsequent months.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly drawn within 14 days of the end of each month.
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their review submission.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Stray Willow reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The contents of the hamper may vary from month to month.
Stray Willow reserves the right to substitute products within the hamper with products of equal or greater value if necessary.

General
By submitting a review, entrants agree that Stray Willow may use their review content, first name, suburb/state and any submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with Stray Willow's Privacy Policy.

This giveaway is governed by these Promotional Terms & Conditions and all applicable Australian laws.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, discount codes, gifts with purchase, promotional offers, competitions and special campaigns run by Stray Willow unless otherwise stated.

General Promotion Terms

Promotions are available for a limited time only and while stocks last.
Promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
Promotional offers are not redeemable for cash, credit or gift cards.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, offers, rewards, bundles or promotions unless expressly stated.
Discounts apply to the product purchase price only and do not apply to shipping charges.
Stray Willow reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Exclusions may apply, including but not limited to gift cards, limited-edition collections, bundles, hampers, subscription products or selected sale items.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Gifts With Purchase

Eligible orders will receive the advertised gift while stocks last.
Gifts with purchase are available only when qualifying spend thresholds or promotional requirements are met.
Qualifying spend is calculated after discounts have been applied and excludes shipping charges and gift cards.
One gift per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
Gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
If an order is returned and the qualifying spend threshold is no longer met, the gift must also be returned in unused condition or the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders and delivery locations as specified in the promotion.
Express shipping is excluded unless otherwise stated.
Shipping upgrades remain the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Events

Sale pricing is available only during the advertised promotional period.
Selected products may be excluded from sale events.
Sale items may be unavailable for additional discounts unless otherwise stated.
Stock availability is not guaranteed and products may sell out during promotional periods.

Welcome Offers

First-order or welcome offers are available to new customers only unless otherwise stated.
One redemption per customer, household and email address.
Welcome offers cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases made during promotional periods remain subject to the Stray Willow Returns Policy.
Refunds will be processed based on the amount paid after discounts have been applied.
If returning products causes promotional eligibility requirements to no longer be met, Stray Willow reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

Competitions & Giveaways

Entry is open to eligible participants as specified in each promotion.
Winners will be selected and notified in accordance with the specific competition terms.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Stray Willow reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
