Dispatch

We know that excited anticipation between checking out and receiving your goodies in your hot little hands. That's why we try to get all orders shipped out from our warehouse by the following business day! If your order is placed before 10am you may get lucky and have it dispatched that same day. Amazing!

Delivery within Australia
To get your Stray Willow products to you as safely as possible we use one of the two couriers listed below based on your location and if you have selected standard or express as your delivery method.

*The above timeframes are provided by Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT and are an estimate only. We can't guarantee your parcel will arrive within these timeframes. 

Local Pick-Up

If you're in Wollongong or the surrounding area you can pick up your order for FREE by using our local pick-up shipping method. 

 Place your order online as normal and at checkout select "Local Pick-Up" as your delivery method. Our Warehouse Team will have your order ready for you as soon as possible (usually by the next business day) and will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection. 

You can collect your order from 53/6 Bellambi Lane, Bellambi NSW 2518, and between the hours of 9 am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday. 

Our warehouse complex is open and your order will be in the lockers outside our warehouse. You'll receive all the info you need when we notify you that your order is ready for collection. 

International Delivery

Unfortunately at this time we don't ship overseas. Never say never though!

In the meantime, check if a stockist is located near you OR beg + plead with a friend/family member based in Australia to send it over to you.
