Dispatch
We get the excitement — that buzz between checkout and delivery! That’s why we aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse by the next business day. Place your order before 10am and you might even get it shipped the same day. Once you're order is on its way you'll get a notification via email with your courier and tracking number provided.
Delivery Within Australia
To safely deliver your products, we use one of these couriers depending on your location and chosen delivery method (standard or express):

Local Pick-Up — Wollongong

Between 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
Your order will be waiting securely in lockers outside our warehouse, and we’ll email you all the details when it’s ready.
International Delivery
We don’t currently ship overseas (but we’re hopeful this will change!).
