We offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion within 30 days of purchase, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and not excluded (e.g. opened skincare or sale items). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our products are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose within their best-before period. If your product is faulty, you may make a warranty claim by emailing hello@straywillow.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the issue. If accepted, we will offer a replacement, refund, or repair at our discretion. You are responsible for return postage.
