We work closely with trusted local partners to ensure everything we create meets our high standards for quality, sustainability, and natural ingredients. Our accessories are manufactured in China by our trusted parters.

Never. We love our furry friends and would never test on them. All of our products are completely cruelty-free.

We prioritise using natural ingredients wherever possible, carefully selecting botanicals, clays, oils, and extracts for their safety and effectiveness. On the rare occasion a synthetic ingredient is needed—such as for stability or safety—it’s chosen with the same care. We only use ingredients that fall within the EWG’s 1–2 safety rating, ensuring they’re gentle, non-toxic, and aligned with our commitment to your wellbeing.

Most of our products are vegan-friendly. The exception is our lip products, which contain beeswax. We’ve carefully tested alternatives, but found that beeswax gives the best results while staying true to our natural standards.

We don’t use palm oil as a direct ingredient in any of our products. However, some of the natural emulsifiers and emollients we use may contain palm-derived components. We’re always mindful in our sourcing and aim to make thoughtful, responsible choices wherever possible.

We carefully use essential oils at safe levels in all our products. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare professional before use, and doing a patch test to ensure they’re right for you particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

We offer payments via Credit Card, Paypal, and After-pay.

Yes, our prices already have 10% GST added, so no cheeky extra's charged at checkout.

We currently ship Australia-wide. While we don’t offer international shipping just yet, we hope to in the future!

We choose glass because it’s beautifully reusable and 100% recyclable when it’s time to say goodbye. Our bottles are designed to be cherished—adding a touch of charm to your space while doing their part for the planet.

Where possible we use aluminium lids across our range. Aluminium is endlessly recyclable, making it a wonderful choice for sustainable packaging. Our gold lids not only look lovely but also ensure that our packaging can be fully recycled. Plus, we’ve made sure our bottles and jars are so pretty, you’ll want to reuse them again and again.
