PRODUCT RECALL
During a routine compliance check, we discovered that two of our products; Glow Shimmer Body Oil and Sunkissed Essential Oil Perfume were sold with incorrect labelling.
We have initiated a Product Recall of these two products.
The Product we’re sold without the required caution statement
“Application to the skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight”
If these products are used prior to sun exposure there is an increased risk of sunburn.

Sold Between August 2025 and November 2025

What to Do:
Please stop using the product immediately.
Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Where to Return Your Product:
If you purchased directly from Stray Willow You should have received an email from us with instructions to arrange your return and refund. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at hello@straywillow.com.au so we can assist you promptly.
If you purchased from a Stray Willow stockist Please return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

If you are a Stray Willow stockist and have received Glow Shimmer Body Oil and/or Sunkissed Essential Oil Perfume
Please:
- Stop selling the affected products immediately and remove them from your shelves.
- Display the recall notice in-store to help inform your customers about the recall.
- Share the recall notice on Instagram (and/or other social channels), so customers who purchased from you are aware.
- Offer a full refund to any customers who return the recalled products to your store.
- You should have received an email from us regarding returning unsold stock however if not please contact us at lauren@straywillow.com.au to arrange return, replacement or credit for any remaining stock and any refunded units.
